Description Calvin Hilimana, aged two, watches television in his father's shoes at his family home in Parrow, Cape Town. Calvin's father, Arcade, is a professional soccer player from Burundi who came to South Africa after fleeing violence in his homeland and the refugee camp he moved to in Tanzania. He played for Tanzania's professional league before having to leave the country. Because of South African laws that prohibit foreign nationals from playing in local clubs unless they have work permits, he started a club of foreign players called the Equatorial Stars. They meet regularly to play other foreign teams.
