Description A dish of "Koki" accompanied by plantain. It is a mixture of crushed beans over palm oil, salt and pepper all wrapped in a banana leaf. After cooking forms a ball called "Koki" or traditional cake. This is one of the main traditional dishes of the people of Grassfield which includes the Western Regions, Northwest and Southwest Cameroon. Une ménagère et sa fille préparent le met "Koki". C'est un mélange de haricot écrasé plus huile de palme, sel et piment le tout embalé dans une feuille de bananier. après cuisson il devient solite et forme une boule appelé "Koki" ou gateau traditionnel. C'est l'un des principaux mets traditionnels du peuple du Grassfield qui regroupe les Régions de l'Ouest, du Nord- Ouest et du Sud-Ouest Cameroun.
