A Photographic Journey

The Marikana Massacre was democratic South Africa’s worst massacre the story is one of grave injustice. 

 

To date, justice has not been meted out to perpetrators of the Lonmin massacre. The South African state has paid out R331 million in reparations to the families of victims using taxpayer money.
