Famous for having established Granny Mouse's County House in the Kwazulu Natal midlands, the Poynton's sold the hotel in 1993 and took to the road working with some of Europe's top chefs for three years. Two years ago they returned to create a personal retreat with the finest attention to detail.Mouse has indulged her first love of interior decorating transforming former stables into homely rooms, each decorated around their own theme.
