Description: An Orphanage in the tiny village of Sagam, Nyanza Province in Western Kenya run by the local Reverend Kenneth Wachianga.Johnny Murenga (4) messing around in the docter's surgery after being rushed to hospital.Apart from spinal bifide, he suffers from hydrocephalis, a condition where fluid enters the brain causing it to swell. A shunt was surgically inserted in his head to control the fluid build-up, but this is a highly risky method of controlling his condition. The slightest infection will almost certainly be fatal. It is unlikely that Johnny will live past 20 years of age. On this occasion, Johnny is suffering from a combination of parasitic worms and malaria.
