    Description: DM2001091201:GCPNE:POLITICS:PERSONALITY:17JAN1965 - Banned Natal Attorney Refused Bail - Mr EA.K. Essack with his brother Mr Essaf Essack. In refusing bail to a Durban arttorney Abdool Karrim Essack, 35, Mr J. A. C. Raubenheimer reffered to the old saying, 'Where the wife is the home is.' Essacks wife left the country about two months ago. A 90-day detainee, Essack's bail application was made soon after he had appeared in the Durban Reginal court last week for formal remaand for February 5. He is charged with attending meetings and gatherings with other banned peolpe, and also with communicating with other restricted people. Essack who was served with banning orders in October, 1963, was taken into custody and detained under the 90-day law in November. Only a single digital copy of an Item may be stored on a single computer, hard drive, or any other storage device, and that that copy may not be duplicated in any way whatsoever, except for a single backup copy which may only be used in the event of the original being deleted, lost, or irreparably damaged.
    3. Once the Item has been used for the purpose for which use rights were granted, all copies of the Item must be deleted, apart from where it forms part of the archive of what was published.
