LANCELOT MFANAFUTHI RADEBE

Lancelot was born on the 9th of April, 1952 at the Chesterville Location in Durban where he grew up. He passed matric in 1974 and in 1977 when he left the country, he was furthering his studies for a B. Juris degree with UNISA. He was a member of SASO and in 1974 he joined the BPC. He also worked at the offices of the YMCA at Beatrice Street, Durban as a Programme Secretary. He was detained for his participation in the distribution of leaflets in 1977.
