She likes music. She was discovered by ET Mensah, leader of the Tempos band. Together they cut some calypso discs. She has been on a Ghana-wide tour singing in scores of clubs. She's one of the boys' in the Builders' Brigade and Ghana's sweetest singer. Julie Okine, a girl who has been going places and doesn't intend looking back. Everybody who heard her sing says she's the mostest. "I'm mad about music. It's a wonderful life," she says.
