Description: East London, South AfricaA clinic in a container at a truck stop. The clinic delivers health services to truck drivers who stop there, usually on overnight rest stops. Much of the service delivered by the nurses who work there is aimed at HIV testing, counselling and prevention. Truck drivers in the region generally have a high infection rate as a result of the high level of prostitution that occurs at many of these facilities.
