Lorna Stanton
Description:
Classed as one of the smaller eagles, they specialise in hunting game birds such as guinea fowl. Often hunting in pairs, these eagles are notoriously bold and aggressive. They occur most commonly in well-wooded and sometimes hilly terrain. Endemic to Africa, occuring northwards from the Orange River in South Africa up to sub Saharan countries.
